Quinta de Couselo 2023 is a white wine blend from D.O. Rías Baixas, composed of 85% Albariño, 10% Loureira, and 5% Caíño Blanco. The wine is produced in an Atlantic climate and made with whole berries that are destemmed and macerated before pneumatic pressing. The must is settled and fermented at controlled temperatures. It is then aged on its fine lees for 6 months. Alcohol content is 12.5%. This wine is best consumed within 3–4 years and served around 10°C.
