Terranorte Albariño 2024 is a 100% Albariño wine from D.O. Rías Baixas, produced from handpicked grapes sourced from Galicia’s traditional smallholdings. The grapes are carefully harvested in 20 kg boxes to prevent berry breakage and ensure optimal condition upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures to enhance aromatic complexity and preserve varietal character. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks under neutral conditions to maintain the purity of the grape. It has an alcohol content of 13.5%, total acidity of 6.10 g/L, residual sugar of 1.35 g/L, and a pH of 3.52.
