About the Wine
The 2015 Pazo Señorans Selección de Añada is made from 100% Albariño grapes grown in the Los Bancales vineyards of Rías Baixas. The vines, averaging over 45 years old, are trained in the traditional pergola system and hand-harvested in September. The wine undergoes pellicular maceration and controlled fermentation at 16°C in stainless steel tanks, with no malolactic fermentation. It ages on its lees for over 30 months and in bottle for more than 12 months. The wine has an alcohol content of 13%, total acidity of 6.7 g/L, and a pH of 3.2.
