This red wine blends 60% Brancellao, 30% Caiño Longo, and 10% Sousón. Fermented with wild yeasts in concrete tanks, half of the grapes were destemmed and half included whole-cluster. Traditional foot-treading and 9-day maceration in clay was followed by fermentation in stainless steel and 12 months of aging in used French oak barrels. It has 12.5% alcohol, 6 g/L acidity, pH 3.6, and 1.5 g/L sugar. It is expressive and structured, with freshness and a balanced profile. Importer (Selection de la Viña),
