Granbazán Etiqueta Verde 2024 is a classic Albariño from the Val do Salnés subregion of D.O. Rías Baixas. The grapes are grown in micro-plots across the villages of Cambados, Vilanova de Arousa, and Meaño. These vineyard sites are planted in decomposed granite soils and face northwest to north, which helps maintain natural acidity and aromatic precision. Manually harvested into 17 kg crates to ensure quality handling. Wine undergoes 8 hours of skin contact to extract flavor and texture before fermenting with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged on its fine lees for four months to build roundness and complexity. 13.31% alcohol by volume, a total acidity of 7.90 g/L, a pH of 3.38, and 1.60 g/L of residual sugar.
