Colleita de Martís 2023 is a modern and competitive Albariño white wine that draws its name from deep local roots—the winery’s current headquarters was once known as “La casa de Martís”, a historic farmhouse. The wine is crafted entirely from 100% Albariño grapes. After destemming, the grapes are cold pressed and undergo a temperature-controlled fermentation maintained between 18°C and 20°C. This careful vinification process preserves the freshness and varietal character of the wine.
