This white wine from Condado do Tea is composed of 95% Albariño and 5% Treixadura. The vineyards include old vines (up to 50 years) and younger ones (25 years), located at 150 meters on granite sand soils. After manual harvest and pneumatic pressing, fermentation occurs with native yeasts. Aging is split: 30% in 2,000L wooden foudres and 70% in stainless steel for 5 months on lees. The wine has 13% alcohol, 5.9 g/L acidity, pH 3.45, and 3.2 g/L sugar. It is elegant and layered, balancing freshness with subtle texture from lees and wood. Importer (Selection de la Viña).
