About the Wine
Vionta Albariño 2023 is a 100% Albariño white wine from D.O. Rías Baixas, primarily sourced from 15+ year-old vineyards in the Salnés area. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented in stainless steel at a maximum of 15°C. After fermentation, the wine is racked and aged on its fine lees for a minimum of 4 months, enhancing aromatic depth and mouthfeel. It has an alcohol content of 12.75%, total acidity of 7.3 g/L, pH of 3.25, and residual sugar of 1.54 g/L. The wine was bottled in April 2024.
