Troupe Albariño 2023 is a 100% Albariño white wine from the Ribeira do Ulla subzone of D.O. Rías Baixas. The grapes are hand-harvested in 20 kg boxes to ensure optimal condition on arrival at the cellar. After destemming and pressing, the must undergoes fermentation over a period of approximately 7 days. The wine is then stabilized before bottling. It is best served chilled, around 8–9°C. The wine has an alcohol content of 13.5%, total acidity of 6.7 g/L, pH of 3.39, and 1.3 g/L residual sugar. Importer (Sacred Thirst Selections).
