About the Wine
Kentia 2023 is a white wine made from 100% Albariño grapes grown in old vineyards trained using the traditional pérgola system, typical of Galicia’s coastal regions. These vineyards are located near the Atlantic Ocean and experience abundant rainfall, resulting in grapes with naturally high acidity. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, it undergoes malolactic fermentation and continues to mature in stainless steel until bottling, allowing it to develop complexity over time in the bottle. The wine is produced by Lagar da Condesa and is suitable for vegans. Importer (Gil Family Estates).
