About the Wine
Paco & Lola Vintage 2018 is a 100% Albariño white wine from the Salnés Valley in the D.O. Rías Baixas appellation of Spain. It is produced from free-run must obtained from the winery’s best vineyards. The wine undergoes controlled fermentation at 16°C for 21 days. After removing the thick lees, it is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks for four years, with bâtonnage (lees stirring) during the first year. It has 13% alcohol by volume and is best served chilled between 8–10°C. This wine showcases the aging potential of Albariño and is positioned as a benchmark example of lees-aged Albariño.
