Morgadío 2023
2023, Condado do Tea, Spain

About the Wine
Morgadío 2023 is a 100% Albariño white wine from the Condado do Tea subregion of D.O. Rías Baixas. The name “Morgadío” is rooted in the Galician term morgado, which referred to a family estate passed down intact to the eldest son—a nod to tradition and lineage. The grapes are sourced from 40-year-old vineyards located in Crecente, at elevations ranging between 50 and 200 meters above sea level. These vines are rooted in granitic sandy soils that help preserve freshness and minerality in the finished wine. This wine is vegan-friendly and contains 13% alcohol by volume, 6.9 g/L of total acidity, and 2.5 g/L of residual sugar. It is best enjoyed chilled, between 48–54°F (approximately 9–12°C). Importer (The Sorting Table).
