Paco & Lola Albariño 2023 is a white wine made from 100% Albariño grapes grown in the Val do Salnés subzone of D.O. Rías Baixas, Spain. The wine is produced using free-run must from selected grapes cultivated in sandy loam soils with granite and slightly acidic composition. It is fermented in stainless steel at 16°C for 21 days and remains on fine lees for at least three months before stabilization and bottling. This is a sustainably produced wine with an alcohol content of 13% and is best served chilled between 8–10°C.
