Santiago Ruiz 2023 is a white blend from D.O. Rías Baixas, specifically from the O Rosal subzone. The wine is composed of Albariño (82%), Loureiro (8%), Caíño Blanco (6.5%), Treixadura (2%), and Godello (1.5%). The 44 hectares of south-facing vineyards sit at 50–75 meters above sea level near the Miño River. Vines are 20–25 years old, trellised for optimal sun and airflow, and yield 3,500–5,000 kg/ha. Hand-harvested grapes undergo cryo-maceration and are fermented separately in stainless steel. The final blend is aged for four months on the lees to preserve complexity and balance. The wine has 12.5% alcohol, 6.08 g/L total acidity, pH of 3.52, and less than 2 g/L residual sugar. Importer (Monsieur Touton Selection, Ltd.).
