About the Wine
Pentecostés Albariño 2023 is a 100% Albariño wine from the O Rosal subregion of D.O. Rías Baixas, grown on granite sandy soils. The grapes underwent a cold maceration at 10°C for 12 hours, followed by fermentation at a low temperature of 14.5°C. The wine was then aged on fine lees for six months in stainless steel vats, with 10% of the volume aged in 300-liter French oak barrels. It features a total acidity of 7.2 g/L, a pH of 3.26, and 2 g/L of residual sugar. Importer (Selection de la Viña).
