Turonia 2023 is a 100% Albariño wine from D.O. Rías Baixas, grown in an Atlantic climate. The grapes undergo a second selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and maceration of whole berries before pneumatic pressing. The must is statically settled, then fermented at controlled temperatures and aged on its fine lees for 6 months. The wine has an alcohol content of 12.5% and is best served at around 10°C. Optimal consumption is within 3–4 years.
