About the Wine
This premium selection is crafted from 100% Albarino grapes harvested from old vines averaging 40 years of age. The winemaking process includes de-stemming, cryomaceration, cold-clarified tear-wort, and controlled fermentation between 18° and 20°C using both indigenous and selected yeast (vat foot). The wine is aged on fine lees to enhance its complexity. It is available in two presentations: a pack of six 75-cl bottles and a wooden box containing six 1.5-litre bottles. The ideal serving temperature is between 8° and 10°C.
