Caralludo Albariño 2024 is a 100% Albariño white wine from D.O. Rías Baixas that captures the Atlantic character of its origin. The grapes are hand-harvested by pickers who carefully select clusters and place them in small boxes to avoid crushing. After destemming, the grapes are pressed to obtain a clean must, free from undesirable flavors. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures to ensure optimal conditions for quality winemaking. The wine is bottled through a meticulous system to preserve its integrity and aging potential. It contains 13% alcohol, 7.15 g/L total acidity, 1.10 g/L residual sugar, and has a pH of 3.31.
