Domaine Olivier is a 58-hectare family estate in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil. Patrick and Agnès Olivier, second-generation winegrowers, work together to produce premium-quality wines representative of the appellation. In 2006 they decided to obtain Terra Vitis certification to guarantee the sustainability of the estate. Since obtaining this certification, they have reduced use of chemical additives considerably. In 2013 they bought Domaine Mellier de l'Épaisse in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, allowing them to meet the ever-growing demand for the wines.Today, the couple is joined by our two children, Florian and Marina. Their vision is very simple: “to exploit the full potential of our terroirs, delight our customers, and ensure our vineyards pass into good hands".
