Founded in 2002 in Levizzano Rangone, the Montanari family's Ca' Montanari estate (bottled under the Opera label) has grown from five to 45 certified-organic hectares under Mattia Montanari, becoming a benchmark for quality Lambrusco. This bottling blends 95% Lambrusco Grasparossa with 5% Lambrusco Salamino.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby-violet with a lively, persistent mousse; aromas of ripe blackberry and violet lead to a dry, food-friendly palate with fresh acidity.
