Laurent Miquel farms vineyards in the Languedoc dating to 1202, when monks of the Abbey de Fontcaude first planted vines there; Laurent and his wife Neasa now represent the 8th generation of the family working the land, farming sustainably. The estate's roses are harvested by night to preserve freshness, typically blending Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah.
