Profile & Story
The Naveran family has farmed vines in Torrelavit, in the Alt Penedes, since 1889, and today the roughly 110-hectare estate is farmed organically and bottled entirely from its own fruit rather than purchased grapes, a rarity among Cava houses. This vintage Brut Rose is made from Pinot Noir and Parellada and spends 20 to 24 months aging on its lees before disgorgement.
Tasting Notes
Pale rose in color with light gold reflections. The nose is deep and balsamic, with notes of licorice and ripe, liqueur-like red fruit; fine, well-integrated bubbles lead into a silky, creamy palate with well-defined acidity, closing balanced, persistent and full in volume.
