Jose Estevez is a family-run wine group based in Jerez de la Frontera that also owns the historic Valdespino, Real Tesoro and La Guita sherry houses. Its Albariza range takes its name from the bright white albariza soil, a chalky clay formed from ancient marine sediment that gives Jerez's finest vineyards their distinct mineral character, and this Oloroso is made entirely from Palomino Fino grown on that soil, aged eight years through the criadera and solera system. In the US it is brought in exclusively by Ole Imports of New York.
