Profile & Story
ViniGalicia unites a family of historic wineries across Galicia's five denominations of origin. Brincadeiro is crafted in the ancestral naturalmente turbio (naturally cloudy) style, made from Albarino grapes grown in Rias Baixas. The wine is kept unfiltered with its own fermentation yeast in suspension, retaining the natural carbon dioxide from fermentation to recall the cloudy, farmhouse wines once made across the Galician countryside. It carries no Denominacion de Origen classification and is released without a vintage.
Tasting Notes
Golden yellow in color and naturally cloudy in appearance. Fermentative yeast aromas lead the nose. The palate opens with a touch of sweetness and a gentle natural prickle from the wine's own carbonation, echoing the rustic character of traditional home-style wines.
