Adega de Penalva is one of the leading cooperatives of Portugal's Dao region, formed in the 1960s and uniting around a thousand member growers. The white Indigena bottling is a hand-harvested blend of 40% Encruzado, 30% Malvasia Fina and 30% Cerceal Branco, fully destemmed and fermented and raised entirely in stainless steel. 12.5% ABV.
