Profile & Story
Aymar is an organic (ecologico) family cava house in the Penedes. This Classic Penedes Reserva Extra Brut rosado is made from 100% Garnacha off vines over 50 years old, aged a minimum of 22 months on its lees using the traditional method (second fermentation in bottle).
Tasting Notes
Pale raspberry color with brilliant appearance and slight terracotta touches; dense, fleshy and fruity on the palate.
Pairing Recommendation
Excellent as an aperitif; pairs with appetizers, fresh salmon and oily fish, lamb, suckling pig, poultry, roasted or grilled meats, and red-fruit desserts or fruit tarts.
