Chateau Coujan is a family estate near Saint-Chinian in the Languedoc, farmed organically by the Guy family since the 19th century. La Pinot Noir comes from a single parcel planted in 1990 on clay-limestone soil, hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously in concrete tanks with minimal sulfur.
Tasting Notes
A juicy, light-bodied Pinot Noir with bright raspberry and red-berry fruit, gentle acidity, and an easy, thirst-quenching finish.
