Produced at the Serena family winery in the heart of the Prosecco region near Treviso, in production since 1881. Winemaker Ermes Busetto, a member of the official Prosecco DOC tasting commission, crafts this cuvee from 100% Glera grapes.
Tasting Notes
Soft yellow with lime-green hues and a steady stream of fine bubbles. Aromas of green apple and peach mingle with delicate floral notes, carried through on a fresh, softly acidic palate with a touch of exotic fruit.
