Kellerei Eisacktal (Cantina Valle Isarco) is a South Tyrolean cooperative based in Klausen/Chiusa. This Sauvignon comes from vineyards in the lower Eisacktal valley at 450-750m on porphyritic, weathered soils with south/southeast exposure; gentle pressing and cool, stainless-steel fermentation, aged on fine lees without malolactic fermentation.
