Catherine & Pierre Breton farm 11 ha east of Bourgueil in Restigne (Chinon, Bourgueil and a little Vouvray), organic-certified since 1991. This naturally sparkling Chenin Blanc is made by their son Paul from his own cellar in Vouvray: vines planted around 1960 on clay and siliceous soil, aged 11 months on lees and bottled with no dosage and no sulfur (Vin de France, Brut Nature, ~11% ABV).
