De Fermo farms biodynamically in Abruzzo. 'Concrete' Rosato is 100% Montepulciano with a brief roughly two-hour maceration for its pale ruby colour, gently pressed on an old manual screw-press and aged 6 months in 20-hl concrete tanks; bottled without fining or filtration and with minimal sulfur.
