Herve Rafflin is a grower-producer in the Montagne de Reims Premier Cru, farming about 5 ha. 'La Nature'L' is a low-dosage Extra Brut, a Pinot Meunier-led blend rounded out with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (base 2022, disgorged with a tiny dosage).
Tasting Notes
Notes of citrus, white flowers and baked bread, with bright, salivating acidity and a long-lasting finish.
