Profile & Story

Lammidia is a natural-wine project in the Abruzzo hills founded by childhood friends Davide Gentile and Marco Giuliani. Their approach is minimal-intervention: spontaneous fermentation with no additions, no fining, and no filtration. Rosh — named for the local Abruzzese dialect word for “red” — blends roughly 90% Montepulciano with Trebbiano (and, in some vintages, Pecorino), co-fermented with a short semi-carbonic maceration on whole clusters.

Tasting Notes

A juicy, chillable red with notes of forest floor, blackberry and soft, easy tannins — a glou-glou style Montepulciano-based blend meant for easy, everyday drinking, served slightly chilled.
