Les Têtes is a collaborative natural-wine project run by four friends — Philippe, Baptiste, Vivien and Nicolas — farming organically around the village of Le Pressoir in Touraine, in the Loire Valley. Tête Blanche blends Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Roussanne, hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, with minimal sulfur and no fining or filtration.
