Meinklang is a Demeter-certified biodynamic mixed farm run by the Michlits family on the Austrian side of the Neusiedlersee, bordering Hungary. Cattle graze the vineyards for natural fertility, and the wines are fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, unfined and unfiltered.
