Mulatschak — Austrian dialect for “party” or “celebration” — is Meinklang's skin-contact blend of Welschriesling, Pinot Gris and Traminer (Gewürztraminer), hand-harvested from the Michlits family's Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyards on the Neusiedlersee.

Tasting Notes

Five to seven days of skin maceration and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts give an apricot-amber hue, with floral notes of chamomile and elderflower alongside ripe pear and apricot; biodynamic, hand-harvested fruit.
