Domaine André et Mireille Tissot, run by Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot in Arbois (Jura), farms 35 hectares biodynamically (Demeter-certified) across exceptional terroirs such as Les Bruyères, La Mailloche, En Barberon and Curon. Working with natural-yeast fermentations and reduced sulphur, the estate makes some 28 different cuvées, terroir by terroir, to express the potential of the Jura vineyard.
