Domaine Le Petit Saint Vincent is an organic estate in Varrains, in the heart of Saumur-Champigny, run by Dominique Joseph (the fifth generation of his family) across 13 hectares planted almost entirely to Cabernet Franc. The Saumur-Champigny red is a Loire Cabernet Franc built around pleasure and minerality, vinified and aged in concrete vats.
