Bruno Lupin's tiny Savoie domaine, in Frangy (Haute-Savoie), has become a reference for white wine in alpine Savoie, working with low intervention. The Roussette de Savoie 'Frangy' is made from Altesse grown on the south-facing Les Aricoques hillside, fermented with indigenous yeasts and minimal sulphur with partial malolactic, and finished fully dry (under 4 g/L residual sugar); the wines are structured and age elegantly.
