ILatium Morini is a family-run Veronese estate managed by seven brothers and cousins, farming forty-five hectares split between the Valpolicella and Soave zones (Val di Mezzane, Val d'Illasi and Valpantena). Since refocusing on estate winemaking in 2004, the family has built a reputation across Soave, Valpolicella and Amarone. This Soave DOC blends Garganega with a portion of Trebbiano di Soave from vineyards on chalky, clay-based soils.
