Cantina Roeno is a family-owned winery in the Adige Valley on the Trentino-Veneto border, in the Terradeiforti area, dedicated to native and traditional grape varieties alongside classic international ones. This Trento DOC Extra Brut is produced from 100% Chardonnay using the Metodo Classico, with a secondary fermentation in bottle and a minimum of 48 months resting on the lees before a dosage of 4.8 g/l.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with golden reflections, with a steady stream of fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers fresh bread crust and yeast alongside white-fleshed fruit like peach and pear, with a hint of toasted almond. The palate is creamy and balanced, carrying the same almond and toasty notes through to a clean, mineral finish.
