Grown on the Rutherford Estate's San Mateo Vineyard in Napa Valley, this small-lot Sauvignon Blanc showcases the aromatic Musqué clone, stainless-steel barrel fermented and aged on the lees. Producer's growing-season note (2023 vintage): one of Napa Valley's longest growing seasons in over a decade, with mild weather, above-average yields and extended hang time producing wines the estate describes as fresh, elegant and pure.

“The Rutherford San Mateo Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a small fermentation that showcases the best of the aromatic Musqué clone fruit. The initial pink grapefruit, lemon verbena, and kiwi aromas give way to notes of lychee and finger lime on the palate.
