Sebastiano is Fattoria Sardi's organic Super Tuscan, blending Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from hand-harvested, hand-selected bunches. The grapes are partially destemmed and spontaneously fermented, then matured in a mix of small and large oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red, with elegant dark and red berry fruit, violet, spicy licorice, cinnamon and an undertone of tobacco and leather; the palate is silky, with balanced acidity against ripe berry and baking-spice flavors.
