Fattoria Sardi farms this organic Vermentino near Lucca, hand-harvesting and macerating in a pneumatic press before spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature in concrete and stainless steel, then aging four months on the lees.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with gold and light-green hues, complex aromas of white flowers, fresh pear, summer peach and ripe grapefruit, with a Mediterranean sage-and-mint lift and light spice on a fresh, full, well-balanced palate.
