Podere Concori Melograno Syrah 2023

Podere Concori farms organically in Gallicano, in the Garfagnana hills of the Lucca province, on Miocene shale and silica-rich soils. Melograno is 100% Syrah, spontaneously fermented in open tanks with punch-downs only, then aged about a year in second-passage 225-litre oak barrels before finishing in cement; roughly 7,000 bottles are made each vintage at around 13.5% ABV.
