Profile & Story
Ca' del Bosco is one of Franciacorta's founding estates, established in the 1960s in Lombardia. Cuvée Prestige, first released in this style in 1991 and refined into its own identity by 2005, blends Chardonnay with small amounts of Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero, including 20–30% reserve wines from earlier vintages, aged at least two years on the lees.
Tasting Notes
A complex nose of fresh apple and pear, linden flower and notes of acacia honey and green tea. Exuberant yet firm on the palate, with a mineral focus leading to a refined finish marked by dried almond.
