Cantine Miali is a family winery founded in 1886 in Martina Franca, in Puglia's Valle d'Itria, working with native Apulian grapes including Verdeca, Bianco d'Alessano, Negroamaro and Susumaniello. The Orange Fox is a 100% Verdeca skin-contact (orange) wine: hand-harvested fruit undergoes an 8–10 day maceration on the skins with a wild-yeast pied de cuve before being pressed into stone tanks and bottle-aged 4–5 months.

Tasting Notes

A brilliant coppery hue with fresh acidity and notes of Mediterranean herbs and citrus, finishing long and persistent — an expressive, natural take on Puglia's native Verdeca.
