Fattoria Sardi is a biodynamic and organic estate on the hills between Lucca, the Apuan Alps and the Tyrrhenian Sea, now owned and run by husband-and-wife team Matteo and Mina Giustiniani. The property is best known for its rosé wines, made with an emphasis on French winemaking sensibility. Le Cicale is a rosé blend of Syrah and Vermentino grown on the estate.
Tasting Notes
Pale, bright pink in the glass. A fresh, aromatic Tuscan rosé blend of Syrah and Vermentino, typically showing red berry and citrus fruit on the nose with a crisp, dry, mineral-edged palate typical of coastal Toscana rosé.
