FIOL is a Prosecco house based in the province of Treviso, at the heart of the Prosecco DOC area, under winemaker Marzio Pol. The Rosé Extra Dry is a blend of roughly 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero.
Tasting Notes
Clear, pale salmon-pink in the glass, with aromas of raspberry, a biscuity pie-crust note, lemon and faint honeysuckle. Jammy raspberry fruit carries through a dry palate with light biscuit notes and white-blossom florals.
