Distilleria Marolo produces its Barolo Chinato from an old family recipe developed by Maestro Paolo Marolo, who works with roughly 40 different botanicals macerated into a Barolo base.
Tasting Notes
A herb-infused Barolo aromatized with cinchona (china) bark, rhubarb, gentian, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and other select spices, long-aged in small oak casks for an elegant, layered bitter-sweet harmony.

Suitable as an aperitif to begin a meal or a digestif to close one.
